set 1:1 NAT conf iguration on the NAT f irewall network equipment (f or the local device's
ephemeral TCP ports and the local SIP/H323 well known ports)
the user should activate an Application Layer Gateway (ALG) f or SIP/H323 support on the
NAT f irewall network equipment (it could not work if the ALG sof tware is not updated).
