The below list includes some of the more relevant third -party apps that are of ten used with CU360.
For f urther inf ormation please ref er to the local Avaya sales representative.
For proper f unctioning, most of the third -party apps required Google Framework Services installed
in the CU360. Please ref er to "How to Install Google Apps on CU360".

Avaya CU360 App must be minimized or hidden, as below Apps require exclusive use of the
audio/video peripherals. Please do not close the Avaya CU360 App as it restarts automatically.

Please note that third-party applications installed on the CU360 device are not directly
supported or tested by Avaya. Avaya declines any responsibility for third-party apps
installed on the device from any sources. See also Third-Party Products Disclaimer
section in this document.
The Google Play Store™ and the Google Mobile Services™ Framework are not natively
installed or supported on this device. Some third -party apps may not be able work
properly without these services. See "How to Install Google Apps on CU360"
Avaya products cannot certif y against all third -party applications, as versions, deployment
options, and other f actors create many variations and complex interactions.
Customers may deploy third-party and Anti-Virus/Malware sof tware alongside the Avaya
product with the f ollowing disclaimers:

Customer deploys third-party applications at their own risk.

Customer is responsible f or testing prior to deployment.
o
Customer is responsible f or ensuring there are no TCP/UDP port conf licts and
other protocol conflicts.
o
Customer is responsible f or ensuring adequate hardware is available to meet
the requirements of both the Avaya applications and third -party applications.
o
Customer is responsible f or monitoring perf ormance of the OS and
applications, including these symptoms of perf ormance degradation:

Missed or excessive alarms.

NOTE: Bluejeans is supported both using the native Bluejeans App and

NOTE: WebEx is supported both using the native WebEx App and connecting
to the WebEx SIP/H323 gateway with the CU360 native App.

Microsoft Teams. Mobile Application Management / MAM f or the Microsof t Teams
app must be conf igured if required by your company. This means that the Teams app
could require MS InTune Company Portal app to be installed on the device and
registered to an InTune server f irst (provided by the customer), if your company policy
enabled it. If your company policy requires the device to be encrypted, some
f unctionalities of the device could be limited.
