7. Tear the refill bag[A] carefully, and then fill the
developer powder from left to right evenly.
8. Close the Deve unit cover. Tear the SEAL-MAG
LEAK[B] and the blue tape. And then, remove the
CAP-ADR DEVE[C].
9. Install the new developer unit.

10. Turn the machine on while the front cover is opened.
NOTE
1) When replacing the developer unit, SVC engineer
must execute "Life Count Update" and "TC
calibration".
2) If you turn on the machine after closing the front
cover, toner will be supplied without TC calibration.
It may affect the image quality.
11. When the control panel is activated, select "Developer
Unit" menu. (Information > supply Status > Field
Replacement Unit > Developer Unit)
12. Select the "Developer Unit" for all colors that is
replaced.
13. Push the OK button
14. Close the front cover.
NOTE
TC calibration will start. Please wait until warm-up
operation is completed.
