Battery

The light is equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh/7,2 V. This unit
should work properly for at least 500 discharge/charge cycles. The battery is designed and
built to guarantee safe and long operation. Its design is equipped with overcurrent protection,
against overcharging and short circuit. This does not release you from the obligation to strictly
comply with the safety rules contained in this manual. The battery can ONLY and ONLY be
charged using the charger that comes with the flash. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge
an empty battery (in favorable conditions).

Safety rules when using the battery
1. Do not short circuit!
2. Do not disassemble or modify the device!
3. If the casing is damaged, e.g. due to a fall, the battery must be replaced.
4. Do not expose the battery to rain, snow, fog or high humidity. Do not immerse it into
water. The battery housing is not waterproof.
5. Use and store the battery out of reach of children.
6. Never leave the battery in the charger for longer than necessary to charge it (up to 3
hours). Failure to comply with this rule may damage the battery.
7. Do not dispose of the battery in a fire or expose it to high temperatures.
8. The battery should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
9. Do not throw the battery in the trash. The used unit should be disposed of in
accordance with the regulations in force in the given country.
10. If the battery has not been used for a long time (more than 3 months), it should be
charged.
• Breaking the above rules can damage the battery,
extreme cases fire and burns. The manufacturer is not responsible for
the consequences of non-compliance by the user with safety rules.
