If there is a problem, refer to this Troubleshooting Guide.
The Camera Flash does not fire
● The camera flash is not attached securely to the camera.
→Attach the camera's mounting foot securely to the camera.
● The electrical contacts of the Camera Flash and camera are dirty.
→Clean the contacts.
● < > or < > is not displayed in the view finder of camera.
USB cable is not included in the box thus must be obtained by the user.
Use Type-C USB cable to connect the device with the computer.
Please, read firmware upgrade instructions carefully before connecting
the device to your computer. It outlines all necessary information
concerning safety, operation and maintenance.
Please, install Godox G3 on your computer first and after that proceed
with firmware upgrade.
