6.6.1

Presec system

The presec system is connected with a probe with the first filtering cartridge.
Such device displays the saturation level of the cartridge and transmits the
proper commutation signals based on the cartridge's status.
The presec system displays 4 levels of saturation of the cartridge by 3 relais
connected to 3 leds:
1 Stable green light (a):
System is operational; cartridge OK
2 Pulsing yellow light (b):
Prealarm; cartridge is getting exhausted and it needs to be replaced in
short time.
3 Pulsing red light (c):
Alarm; empty cartridge, replace it immediately.
4 Pulsing red light (c):
Alarm; the filtering cartridge is missing or the filtering system is
interrupted; compressor turns off and it is not possible to turn it on again
without inserting a new cartridge or finding out the source of the alarm.
While the yellow light is pulsing (b), the green stable light (a) will be still
turned on because the filtering cartridge will not be totally saturated.
If no led is turned on, it means that the PRESEC is missing electric tension or
the electrical system is faulty.

Sistema presec

Il sistema di PRESEC è collegato tramite una sonda con la prima cartuccia
filtrante. Il sistema di PRESEC rileva lo stato di saturazione della cartuccia
filtrante e trasmette i relativi segnali di commutazione in base allo stato
della cartuccia.
Il sistema di PRESEC segnala 4 stati di saturazione della cartuccia tramite 3
relè collegati a 3 led:
1 Luce verde (a) fissa:
Il sistema è operativo; cartuccia OK.
2 Luce gialla (b) lampeggiante:
Preallarme; la cartuccia si sta esaurendo, sostituire in breve tempo.
3 Luce rossa (c) lampeggiante:
Allarme; cartuccia esaurita, sostituire immediatamente.
4 Luce rossa (c) lampeggiante:
Allarme; manca la cartuccia filtrante o la linea di filtrazione è interrotta;
il compressore si spegne e non è possibile avviare il compressore senza
aver ripristinato la cartuccia o la causa di tale allarme.
Quando si accende la luce gialla lampeggiante (b), la luce verde fissa (a)
continuerà ad essere accesa poiché la cartuccia filtrante non è ancora del
tutto satura.
Se non si accende nessun led, significa che al sistema PRESEC manca
tensione elettrica o il sistema elettrico è guasto.
