3.3.4 Ethernet link speed/duplex setting

In the initial setting state, the link speed/duplex is set to [Auto], and it is set
to an appropriate link speed/duplex via auto negotiation.
negotiation does not work properly between the connected device and
EN811 module, this setting item can be used to set a fixed link
speed/duplex of the Ethernet.
The following figure shows an example of 100M half duplex setting.
