Watt Programme
1.
Select the watt programme in the main
menu by tapping „Watt" in the main menu.
2.
Select one of the user profiles (U0–U4).
3.
Set age, height, weight and gender for the
selected user profile.
4.
Set the desired training time.
5.
Tap Start to start the program.
6.
Tap the arrow buttons to increase or
decrease the resistance.
7.
Tap Pause to pause the program.
8.
Tap Continue to resume the workout.
9.
Tap Home to return to the main menu.
