Generates a repetitive pulse stream the toggles between two load levels and change
the state between value A and value B. 2 사이의 토글 스위치가 로드하는 반복적인
펄스 흐름이 값 A 과 값 B 사이에서 평평하게 하고, 상태를 변경하는 것을
생성합니다

Pulse 진동
Switch to value B as receiving one trigger signal , taking the pulse time(TWD) of value
B , Load will return to Value A . 맥박으로 하여금 값 B 의 time(TWD)이 걸리게
하면서 B 을 평가하는 스위치가 1 트리거 신호를 수신하면서 부하는 값에 돌아올
것입니다.
