information on all interventions on the engine, such as adjustments, maintenance, removal and
replacement of components.
If in doubt of for any further assistance, please contact the Manufacturer or an authorised Service
Centre.
4.1.2 Removal of the engine
• Remove the protective bar and the electromag-
netic clutch, following steps 1 to 7 of the "Re-
placement and adjustment of the lower belt"
procedure [
1. Remove all engine connections:
• the accelerator cable;
• the choke cable;
• the cabling connector;
• the starter motor connector;
• the earth cables.
2. Remove the muffler (2) protection (1) secured
by screws (3).
3. Remove the muffler (2) secured by screws (4).
