2.5" Drive Replacement

1. Remove the screws securing the 2.5" drive assembly to the drive carrier (See

Figure 69. 2.5" Drive Mounting Bracket Removal from Drive Carrier (Step 1)

2. Remove the drive mounting bracket from the drive carrier (See

Figure 70. 2.5" Drive Mounting Bracket Removal from Drive Carrier (Step 2)

Hold the carrier assembly top side down in your right hand. Using your left hand, gently rotate

the bottom edge of the left rail upwards (see Letter "A") while at the same time pushing the drive
down away from the carrier (see Letter "B").
3. Remove the drive from the mounting bracket (See
