ASSEMBLY

TITAN 5000 ASSEMBLY FROM LOADING

Wheel Installation

Bolt the spindle receiver (item 4) to the main frame
matching the profiles of the bolt plates to ensure
correct orientation.
Insert the spindle into the receiver and install the
spindle retention bolt.
Install the tire/rim assembly onto the hub using the
8 wheel nuts per side. Tighten hub bolts to 170 ft-
lbs.
Inflate the tires to 34 PSI pressure.

HOSE REST

Install hose rest onto the Hitch Bell Bolt Plate as
shown. Torque bolts to 275 ft-lbs.
Route hoses over the Hose Rest and secure with a
zip tie.
