5.5.4 Inputs/Outputs

To the left is a list of all active Input/Output channels on the device
•
To the right the settings of a selected or new Input/Output channel can be seen

"Tag" is a human readable name of a Input/Output channel

"Id" is the unique GUID assigned to each Input/Output channel. Ids are always unique; tags don't
o
have to be.
o
An open eye in the last column shows that an Input/Output channel is created by the front-end.
A closed eye means an Input/Output channel is created by a user.
"New Input/Output Channel" can be clicked to start adding an Input/Output channel. The settings
o
to the right should then be filled in.
"Tag" is the name of the Input/Output channel

"Type" is the type of Input/Output channel. Current types are Websocket and " odbusTCP"

"IP Address" the IP address of the

"Port" the port number of the Modbus device
•
"Register Type" the type of register the S 6

"Address" is the address number of the register

"Test" can be used to test if the Input/Output channel is reachable. If clicked and successful the

button turns green, red if it could not reach it.
