Select the firmware file from the file selection menu and click "Open".

Click "Upload Firmware". A popup window will appear asking you to confirm, click "OK".

First, the file will be uploaded to the device. The progress bar indicates the progress of the upload.
Second, the device will install the new firmware, this can take between 1 and 5 minutes. The progress bar will keep
animating during this process.
When the firmware update is complete, the progress bar turns green. The device will now be reset. Wait until the
LED on the device turns green again, then refresh the dashboard and you can start using the device with the new
firmware. In rare cases, a firmware update might fail. If it still fails after a retry or two, contact your supplier.

The LED indicator is a small semi-transparent dot (powered off) on the side of the device.
