3-2-4. Cleaning the PT Roller
Washing with water
Removing/Installing
1. Remove the PT roller from the holder roller assembly.
2. Wash the PT roller with water.
3. Install the PT roller to the holder roller assembly, and
push it in until it hits the roller flange.

. After washing with water, dry completely and make sure
that there is not water remaining, and install.
. When installing, do not touch the external circumference
(adhesive side).

Removing/Installing
1. Remove the whole PTR receiving table with the PT
roller installed.
2. Roll the PT roller on the adhesive tape as shown in the
figure.
3. Align the hole of the PTR receiving table and the pin
position of the PTR roller assembly.
4. Push in the PTR receiving table until the metal plate of
the PTR receiving table touches the PTR bearing
assembly.
