DEALER SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

The mower as received from the factory is partially assembled and requires minimum time to complete
assembly and is ready for sale.
This mower is shipped vertically with shipping brackets. These shipping brackets are intended for use in
transporting the mower from the factory to dealer.
DO NOT use these brackets to store the unit. DO NOT store mower vertically, the mower can
fall over resulting in serious injury or death. To avoid injury always store mower lying down
on flat ground.
Assembly will be easier if components are aligned and loosely assembled before tightening hardware. Refer to
bolt torque chart in Maintenance Section. All bolts are grade 5 unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING STAND REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
To safely remove the shipping stand, first attach the lifting straps to the two 1" bolts and the forks of the lift truck
as seen in picture. Once you have the cutter secured with the straps, remove the two caster wheels and all the
parts (chain Guards, rear brace, and driveline, etc.) that are attached to the shipping stand. After you have
removed these parts you will be able to see/access the 2 bolts that connect the shipping stand to the front
breaker bar of the cutter; remove these two bolts. With the weight of the cutter supported by the lift truck,
backup slowly while simultaneously lowering the forks until the cutter is on the ground. Once on the ground
move the lift truck to the front of the cutter and securely attach a strap to the hitch pins at the front of the cutter.
Then remove the two bolts on the shipping stand that secure the stand to the hitch pins. After you have
removed these bolts, lift the unit until the shipping stand detaches from the cutter. Finally, remove the shipping
stand and set the cutter on the ground.
