• Go to 'Tools / Create Diagnostic File' in 'Control View' resp. 'Control Performance Analyzer' and save
file
• Pressure / flow / gas conditions to be controlled
• Chamber volume
• Pumping speed (l/s) and pump type (e.g. turbo pump)
• System description
• Problem description
