Cleaning and maintenance

Always unplug before cleaning. Wash the blender jug, take-away mug, lid
and blade unit by hand or in a dishwasher after each use. Important! Always
clean the blender jug/take-away mug immediately after use. This will prevent
discolouring. Carefully dry all the parts before putting them away. Do not
use abrasive cleaning products. Remove any stubborn stains by soaking and
rubbing with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Use a damp cloth when cleaning
the motor section. Dry thoroughly before re-using the appliance or putting it
away.
You can also clean the blender jug/take-away mug by pouring around 300 ml
of water along with a few drops of washing-up liquid into the jug/mug. Then
run for around 1 minute. Then rinse the jug carefully with clean water.
Remove the blade unit from the blender jug/take-away mug and clean it by
hand or in a dishwasher. Remember to remove the seal located around the
lock ring and in the lid for the take-away mug and clean them. Dry carefully
afterwards. The easiest way to remove the seal in the lid is by using a plastic
stick or similar (be sure not to damage the seal). Note that the blades are very
sharp.
IMPORTANT!
THE MOTOR SECTION MUST NEVER BE IMMERSED IN ANY LIQUID!

Disposing of the appliance

By law, electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for the
recycling of components. Electrical and electronic equipment marked
