7. Remove the 2 (1/4–20 x 1 inch) carriage bolts on the chute control rod.

8. Support the auger and traction housings with blocks of wood.
9. Remove the 3 (5/16–18 x 5/8 inch) cap screws on each side, connecting the
auger to the traction assembly and separate the sections.
