Avoiding Accidental Damage to Test Frame

The MultiTest-x must be powered down when attaching/removing the cables.
Note: no cable should exceed 3 metres in length.
When installing/moving/re-installing the test frame, note that care must be taken to:
• turn off power before removing or attaching communication/XLC cable(s)
• observe lifting precautions given in section on 'Receiving and Unpacking'
in Appendix 2
• provide support at the base, as well as at the back of the shroud(s)
• avoid applying pressure to the adjustable limit stops or LCD display cover
• ensure that connectors which are not in use are covered at all times with
the shields provided
