Regular Maintenance
The intervals at which regular servicing should be done are based on hours of operation. Use the tractors hour
meter to determine when regular servicing is required.
Refer to the Detailed Maintenance section for futher instructions on greasing. Copy and use the Daily
Maintenance sheet located at the end of this section.

Grease as instructed in

Insure driveshaft end play
Replace grommets if
damaged or missing
Inject grease until it

Tighten when needed. Do Not use hands
to check for leaks, see maint. precautions
Inspect for missing or damaged knives,
change as needed.
Torque to 315 ft. lbs. lubricated
Torque to 357 ft. lbs. dry
Pre-lubricate threads with anti-seize
torque to 800 ft. lbs.
Torque to 180 ft. lbs. lubricated
Torque to 204 ft. lbs. dry
Check if broken, tighten as required
Retorque bolts to torque
specifications in this section
Add if required per fluid recommendations
