KEYPAD AND SOFTKEY PROBLEMS
Keypad or softkey problems may result from mal functions in the keypad ,
its interconnecting cab l e , the softkeys , the CRT disp lay unit , the CRT ' s
interconnecting cab les , or the p l anar board .
