If the wiper blades drag, it may be caused
by one of the following:
•
If the vehicle has been washed in an
automatic car wash, residual wax may be
left on the windscreen. This wax can only
be removed with special detergent.
Consult a Technical Service Centre for
more information.
The blades will not drag if you use a wax
dissolving windscreen cleaner. Grease
solvents will not work.
•
Damaged wiper blades can also drag.
In this case the blades should be
renewed.
•
The blades are set at an incorrect angle.
Have the angle checked and, if necessary,
adjusted by a Technical Service Centre.
