Select the Restoration Type:
the tooth to which the restoration is applied is
highlighted in blue/green.
To change the selected restoration type:

Right-click on the selected tooth to delete and then
select another restoration type.
Available options for the selected Restoration Types are
displayed in the right-hand Order Form menu.
