Adding or Replacing a DSU/CSU Card

differs depending on whether the card is an upgrade (where no card
existed before) or a replacement for an existing card:
Replacement Number = 61500024
Upgrade Number = FRX4000-DSU-UGK (includes mounting
posts and RJ-48 cable)
1. If the cover is not already off, remove it. (See
go to step 4 to install a new card or step 2 to remove an existing
card.
2. The card is secured to the motherboard by four mounting posts
(standoffs). One at a time, squeeze the tabs at the top of each
post (see the following figure) together with a pair of pliers, then
slip the card over the tabs.

3. Slowly but firmly pull the card out of the motherboard con-
nector and carefully set the card aside.
4. If installing a new card, press the four nylon standoffs into the
mounting holes in the motherboard. (See
5. Handling the new/replacement card only by its edges, remove it
from its anti-static bag and install it by pushing it gently but
securely into the motherboard connector. (See
Snap each corner onto its mounting post, and make sure the con-
nector is fully inserted into the motherboard.
