IMPORTANT NOTICE
REGARDING THE FOLLOWING CABLETRON SYSTEMS PRODUCTS:
FE-100TX, FE-100FX, and FE-100F3
Under certain conditions it is possible for the FE-100 uplink module to
experience problems when used in the SmartSwitch 2000 and 6000
family of products.
Known issues are specific to the FE-100 units produced after 2/15/98 .
These issues will be resolved by an upcoming release of firmware
(Revision 4.01.10 or later) for the SmartSwitch 2000 and 6000 products.
