rupted during migration to a new release.

Copy ERRMSG.TXT via file transfer (

from a remote FRX4000 or FRX6000.
Database Error: X.25REC.DAT Not Present, Expects (current release)
Meaning: The database is missing the node parameters file
(X25REC.DAT). During boot-up, if this file is
missing, a new one is normally created automati-
cally. Failure to create this file indicates a serious
failure in the migration software.
