Title TransVu 3 DVR Installation Manual
FTP Root Drive and Directory: The root drive and directory in the FTP server in to which files will be
downloaded.
Username: The User name to be used for the FTP server.
Password: The password to be used for the FTP server
Download Options: Sets the download options. Available choices are:
Manual Only i.e. download must be manually commenced

On Connection i.e. download will occur when the TransVu next connects to the FTP server
•
Scheduled i.e. download occurs at regular timed intervals
•
Polled – i.e. the TransVu polls the FTP server at regular intervals and downloads if
•
connected.
Schedule time: The time interval in hours and minutes in between scheduled downloads
Poll Time in Minutes: The time in minutes in between successive polls of the FTP server
FTP Download Overrides Recording: When ticked, FTP download will take priority over recording.
Watermark each partition after download: When ticked, downloaded partitions are watermarked.
Clear Video Protection after download: When ticked, video protection applied by alarms to
recordings will be cleared.
FTP Download overrides power management: When ticked, FTP download will take priority over
power management functions, for example, the unit will not power down under power
management if FTP download is still in progress.
D/L data folder: When ticked, selects the "data" folder for FTP download.
Delete content after D/L: When ticked, the contents of the "data" folder will be deleted after FTP
download is completed
D/L user defined folder: When ticked, selects a user-defined folder for FTP download.
Delete content after D/L: When ticked, the contents of the user defined folder will be deleted after
FTP download is completed
Local User Folder: The name and path of the local user folder.
Remote User Folder: The name and path of the remote user folder.
Start Dload: Clicking on this button commences manual FTP download using the settings on this
page.
