MDNS Listings: Opens the MDNS listings page. Auto Configuration: opens the Auto Configuration page. Most of these pages have no installer application, unless guided by NetVu technical support. The exception is Alarm Keywords, which provides a list of the words which may be used when programming alarm events.

PC Time: Displays the system time of the PC currently being used to view the webpages. Sync Time (Blue): Use this button to synchronise the time of the unit to that of the PC being used to view the webpages.

Click on Default to return the NVR to factory default settings. Network Settings such as IP address will not be affected.

This page is used to manually add cameras to be recorded on the NVR. This is not normally needed where NetVu SmartVu cameras are used with the Uniplex Desktop NVR and NVSE Network Extenders, as all cameras should be automatically detected. However, if a Closed IP network is not being used, then it will be necessary to manually add each camera.

The new approach allows the monitoring of alarm inputs local to the NVR itself (such as physical alarm inputs, Video Motion Detection and camera failure), alarm inputs at each camera and virtual alarm inputs and variables received over the network from other third-party systems.
