GPS Page

The GPS page is used to configure the interface of the unit with an external GPS receiver.
Sync time on startup: When enabled, the clock of the TransVu will be synchronised to the GPS time
when the TransVu starts up.
Sync tine periodically: Sets the time interval on which the TransVu clock will be synchronised to the
GPS clock. If set to "Never" the TransVu clock will not be synchronised to the GPS clock.
Sync time on shutdown: When enabled, the clock of the TransVu will be synchronised to the GPS
time when the TransVu shuts down.
Timeout after startup: The timeout interval of the GPS interface, in seconds, after TransVu start up.
GPS String Logging: Allows the selection of the format of NMEA messages produced by the GPS
module.
Multicast IP Address: Allow servers to receive multicast GPS data.
Display Speed Format: Selects the format of speed information captured by TransVu from GPS
data. The available options are:
Knots
Miles per hour
Kilometres per hour.
