Enter the monitored parameter type for which PM data
will be retrieved. Options: MS, CVL, ESL, LASL, SESL,
UASL, USSL, CSSP, CVP, ESP, SEFSP, SESP, UASP,
BERL, LOSSL, B8ZSSL, PDVSL, or ALL.
Default = ALL.
Monitored level
Data exceeding the level specified by this field will be
retrieved. For example, a value of 4 will retrieve data
only for events occurring 4 times or more.

Enter FEND (far end) for Customer data.
