(2) When communication by CAN bus is performed, please wait for more than 88 clocks based on fsys.
Note 3: To cancel sleep mode of the CAN operation, check that the [CANxGSR]<SMA> bit is "1" before setting
[CANxMCR]<SMR> to "0".
