CLEARING PAPER JAMS
4.2.3 JAM1 (TONER CARTRIDGE AREA)
Do the following procedure to solve this paper jam type.

1. Open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge.

2. Gently pull the paper toward you as shown above.
3. Make sure there is no more paper in the machine.
4. Re-install the toner cartridge and close the cover. Printing starts again.
