Troubleshooting Guide

No AC output
during inverter
LED blinks amber once

Unplug all loads and reset the

Let the inverter cool down and check that the vents are not obstructed and that the fans are

Reset the inverter (unplug/

utility power) and remove the

Turn "on" the inverter for
30 seconds. Turn "off " the
inverter. Re-install the fuse.

Check the in-line fuse which is located within 18 inches from
the battery's positive (+) post
Check if DC connections are tight and clean
Check if battery voltage is above 10.5 VDC
Check remote power switch
Disconnect all loads and
connect a test light to the
GFCI outlet
Disconnect all loads and
connect a test light to the
GFCI outlet

Battery voltage must be above the low battery setpoint for the
inverter to be on.
Check for proper DC wire gauge
(see Wire Gauge & Fusing section)
If overload condition clears, check for short circuits or check
load size versus inverter output wattage size.
If the overload persists, possible failed inverter
functioning.
Check for shorted battery cell or corroded/loose DC wires
