16 Setting user mailboxes
You can set mailboxes for up to 9 individual
users, ensuring their faxes remain private.
Each mailbox user has a password which must
be used in order to open the mailbox and print
out the documents.
You first allocate the mailboxes 1-9 and then
set the 4 digit password of your choice. Then
you can enter the mailbox holder's name.

You can also load thicker paper up to 157g/m2

Multifunctional capabilities
Your BF900 can perform a variety of functions
concurrently to save you time.
For example, while it is sending or receiving a
fax document, you can also scan, copy or print
another document. This includes being able to
send and copy the same document at the same
time.
