3.以 待 縫 製 物 測 試 ， 放 入 縫 製 物 時 ， 檢
測 燈 為 滅 的 狀 態 ， 表 示 目 前 已 檢 測
到 縫 製 物 ； 移 除 縫 製 物 時 ， 檢 測 燈
之 橘 燈 會 亮 起 。
4.若 電 眼 感 測 器 靈 敏 度 有 些 許 誤 差 ， 可
調 整 感 測 強 度 旋 鈕
5.以 此 方 式 反 覆 測 試 電 眼 感 測 器 數 次 ，
若 皆 呈 正 常 動 作 ， 即 表 示 已 調 整 完
成 ， 此 時 即 可 開 始 進 行 車 縫 作 業 。
6.電 眼 感 測 器 為 光 電 反 射 原 理 ， 若 遇 下
列 布 料(註1)可 能 會 造 成 誤 判 ， 建 議 將
此 電 眼 感 測 器 功 能 關 閉 。(圖43)
註1： 易 造 成 誤 判 之 布 料:
※ 網 紗 布 料
※ 表 面 有 反 光 貼 片 的 布 料
註2： 出 廠 時 皆 已 調 校 ， 僅 須 針 對 感 測 強
度 調 整 即 可 。

3.For testing the sewing, the indicated light
would be extinguished after putting the
sewing. It demonstrates the sewing is
detected. The orange light
removing the sewing.
4.If there is some deviation in the sensor's
sensitivity, adjust the knob
to the optimal position.
5.Test the sensor with the manner for several
times. If it works regularly, it indicates the
adjustment is completed and can start
sewing.
6.The sensor follows the electro-optical
reflection. Thus, if sewing the following
clothing, it may cause the deviation, and it is
suggested to turn off the sensor

※The fabric with the surface of
reflective patch.
