A: 調整 針 線張力。
Q: The tension of the needle thread is too loose or to
tight?
A: Adjust the needle thread tension
Q: 車針的選擇不對？
A: 選擇 配合布料的車針與縫線 號碼。
Q: Choose the wrong needle?
A: Select the needle and thread number match the
fabrics
Q: 車針不良？
A: 換新 車 針。
Q: Bad needle?
A: Change a new needle
Q: 車針與 左勾針尖端之間有間隙？
A: 調整 左 勾針尖端與車針之間士±0
Q: Any clearance between the needle and the top of the
left looper?
A: Adjust the distance from the top of the left looper to
the needle to be ±0
Q: 張力調整小彈簧不起 作用？
A: (1.) 小 彈簧不起作用時，要 把彈簧拉緊一 點。（ 注
意 ）拉太 長則會發生斷線。
( 2.) 張力 調整體發生溝槽時，則須更換新調整盤。
Q: The small spring of tension adjustment does not

A: (1.) If the small spring does not function, pull it to be
more tightened. (Note) The broken thread will
happen if pull the spring too tight.
(2.) If there is any groove existing on the tension
adjusting plate, please change a new one.

A: (1.) 把 針線張 力適度 調整。
( 2.) 把針線 的線路 （A）調整在最高位置， 使針線的
勾線器（B）的 針線放出量減 少。
( 3.) 把線 路（C） 左傾一 點，以增加勾 針的線放出
量。
Q: The tension of the needle thread is too tight?
A: (1.) Loose the tension of the needle thread properly.
(2.) Adjust the line (A) of the needle thread to the
highest position, so that the release amount of
the needle thread from thread hooking will
decrease.
(3.) Lean the line (C) to left a little to increase the
release amount of the looper thread.
