CORRECTIVE ACTION
Use Viewport (via SIMPL
Windows or VT Pro-e) to poll the
network. Verify network
connection to the touchpanel.
Confirm that power is supplied to
the network.
Use a Crestron control system or
an approved Crestron power
supply.
Enter "SETUP MODE" or use
Viewport to put touchpanel into
calibrate mode and recalibrate.
Touch the screen to remove the
message and verify correct wiring
to all connectors.
Touch the screen to remove the
message and enter Viewport (via
SIMPL Windows or VT Pro-e) to
poll the network. Verify that the
Cresnet ID for the touchpanel is
properly set to match the Net ID
in the SIMPL program.
Enter Viewport (via SIMPL
Windows or VT Pro-e) to poll the
network and verify that each ID is
used only once.
Touch the screen to reactivate.
Enter "SETUP MODE" and alter
screen brightness from the setup
menu.
Enter "SETUP MODE" or use
Viewport to put touchpanel into
calibrate mode and recalibrate.
