program problems, make certain you are using the update file with the correct suffix letter (e.g., S, V,
W, X).
4. When loading Crestron VisionTools® Pro-e files or firmware through the RS-232 port of the control
system, Viewport may post the "Transfer Failed" message. To ensure successful data transfer, set the
baud rate to 38400 (Cresnet speed) or lower.
5. WAV files reside in the touchpanel's Flash memory and will affect the amount of available space for
touchpanel screens.
NOTE: Crestron software and any files on the website are for Authorized Crestron
dealers and Crestron Authorized Independent Programmers (CAIP) only. New users
may be required to register to obtain access to certain areas of the site (including the
FTP site).

Physical Description

The 6.4 inch (16.26 cm) touch sensitive viewing screen is located on the front of the
TPS-3100L touchpanel with five engraveable pushbuttons on the side. A faceplate
conceals two speakers, a photosensor and a microphone. The electronic hardware is
housed in a metal enclosure, with a colored faceplate as shown in the following
diagram. All audio, video, RS-232, network, and power connections are made at the
rear of the unit.
