8.3 - Function errors

Error Cause
Motor does not run Machine is not connected to the power

Solution
Connect machine to the power supply
Connect machine to the air supply
Reset circuit breaker or replace

Swivel swing arm up
Check supply voltage and compare with mo-
tor data. Have checked by licensed electri-
cian
Have motor replaced by an licensed electri-
cian

Reduce feed rate
Remove objects and chips in the area of the
motor hood
Connect machine to the air supply
Adjust air pressure (80-100 psi)
Check air lines
Open flow control
