The feed rollers are slipping due
to bad friction between paper
and roller.
Double feed during calibration

Action
Raise feed pressure.
Clean feed rollers.
Try lighter or thinner media.
Adjust airflow according to the Air
Pre-separation section.
If possible, turn sheets upside down.
Try to reduce loaded amount of
sheets.
Lower feed pressure.
Clean separation pad.
Adjust airflow according to the Air
Pre-separation section.
Wash the rollers and calibrate (proof).
Redo calibration (proof).
