Collating Programs

Auto Bin Select Mode

When using the Auto Bin Select program, one sheet from each loaded bin will be fed per
set.

Insert Sheet Mode

Alternate Bin Mode

There are six different programs. Select any of the
programs using the [
].
This program allows you to separate a stack of sets
by inserting a slip sheet. Select how many sets to be
fed, before the slip sheet is inserted, by using the [ ]
and [ ] buttons. The step function will start slow and
then accelerate. Press [OK] to confirm.
The calibration set does not affect the insertion sheet
counter.
Note
The insertion sheets must be loaded in the bin 1.
Note
This program is not useful if you are running against a
bookletmaker.
This program allows you to run the collator continu-
ously. You can reload the collator while running by
loading the same sheet in two bins. As soon as any
bin is empty the collator automatically switches to the
alternate bin. It is possible to load up to 5 bins per set.
Select the total number of bins to be used with the [ ]
or [ ] button. Press [OK] to confirm.
Note
Load sheet one in bin 1 and bin 2, sheet two in bin 3
and bin 4 and so on.
