The Added Features Menu

Speed

Air Flow

Air Flow feature is only available in model AC and ACF 510.
For more information on Air Flow and Air Flow settings see section 3. Air Flow.

Overlap

From the Main menu, select Added Features and
press the [ ] button, or from the Run menu press the
[Adj] button, to reach the Added Features menu. Here
you will find additional features and settings.
In the Speed menu you can set the speed beteween
500 SPH and 10 000 SPH. The actual speed of the
job can be read from run menu display and depends
on mode, type of finishing and paper size. Press [ ]
or [ ] to select speed. Press [OK] to confirm.
Note
If the machine is used with other machines, the slow-
est machine will decide the maximum speed.
Overlap can be adjusted from -30 to +30 mm, where
+30 gives the largest length of the set. Default value
is 3. If problems are experienced when jogging the
sets in the booklet maker or external unit, the overlap
value can be changed.
For static sheets run into stacker, decrease value to
get a better stacking result.
For static sheets run into a booklet maker, increase
value if sheets are not properly jogged.
Note
Overlap is only possible when using the
510 as a collator.
