Activating the license for X-Tools
Precondition
• A Remote Desktop Connection has been established from the local service PC to the IPC.
• A X-Tools license is available.
Procedure
1. Insert the USB stick with the X-Tools license into the IPC.
2. Start the "Automation License Manager" application on the IPC. Transfer the X-Tools license
from the USB stick to the IPC.

Activating plug-ins
In order that the connectivity module can correctly process the motor data, at the IPC you must
run the "Drive System Connect Configuration" program.
Precondition
A Remote Desktop Connection has been established from the local service PC to the IPC.
Procedure
1. On the IPC desktop, open the "Drive System Connect Configuration" program.
2. Open the "File > Open" menu.
3. In the "D:/DSC/Config" folder, open file "SC600_AutoConfig.xml".
