Spares on Web
The list of available replacement parts can be obtained through the replacement parts service
"Spares on Web (https://www.sow.siemens.com/)" by selecting the serial number and the MLFB
of the drive component. The link to the Spares On Web for every configured asset is provided in
the SIDRIVE IQ application "IQ Fleet".

Replacement parts for the connectivity module
You can order replacement parts through the regional Siemens support organization. Provide
the following data when ordering replacement parts:
• Article No. (MLFB) of the connectivity module
• Serial number of the motor on which the connectivity module is mounted
• Article No. (MLFB) of the motor on which the connectivity module is mounted
The following replacement parts are available for the sensor box:
