7.16.3 Setting the Parallel Interface
(1) Set the SW1 DIP switch as shown below and then turn on the plotter.
Set only Bits 4, 5 and 6 to OFF

(3) Press the 4 (PARALLEL) key.

(4) Raise and lower the numerical value by using the △ or ▽ position key. Confirm your
selection by pressing the ENTER key.
The numerical values 1 to 4 represent the modes shown below.
Mode 1: Data is received at the falling edge of the DSTB signal; ACK is not included in the BUSY signal.
Mode 2: Data is received at the falling edge of the DSTB signal; ACK is included in the BUSY signal.
Mode 3: Data is received at the rising edge of the DSTB signal; ACK is not included in the BUSY signal.
Mode 4: Data is received at the rising edge of the DSTB signal; ACK is included in the BUSY signal.
