Chapter 11 Error Messages

Error Messages and the corresponding causes provided by the electrocardiograph are listed in
Table 11-1.

Table 11-1 Error Messages and Causes for Resting ECG
Causes
Electrodes fall off the patient or the patient cable falls off the unit, or
a high polarization voltage occurs.
The battery is weak.
Recorder paper runs out or is not loaded.
The ECG data is being sampled periodically.
When Paper Marker is set to Yes, the electrocardiograph advances
the recorder paper to the next black marker. If it advances the paper
for 300mm and can not find the next black marker, the hint Paper
Error is displayed.
ECG signals are being sampled / analyzed / recorded.
The self-study process of arrhythmia arithmetic in the Trigger Sample
mode
The examining process of arrhythmia data in the Trigger Sample
mode
ECG data is being transmitted from the electrocardiograph to the PC
through the net or serial cable in the auto or rhythm mode.
Orders are being loaded to the electrocardiograph.
The amount of files on the File Manager screen reaches 800.
There is something wrong with the signal sample module.
The system is in the demonstration mode.
The direct current offset voltage on an electrode is too high.
A U disk, a USB printer or a bar code reader is connected to the USB
interface.
