Managing Your Documents in the Desktop
Manager
Once you send a PC fax, receive a fax, or scan an image, the resulting
document is available in the Desktop Manager. You can perform a variety
of tasks with your documents, as described in this chapter.

Selecting Documents in the Desktop Manager

To work with a document, you select it in the open folder, while in either
Document View or List View. You can select one or more documents at a
time for whatever task you need to perform.
To select a document:
With the folder open, do one of the following:
❏ For a single document, click the document thumbnail or document
name in the list.
❏ For multiple non-sequential documents, hold the Control key while
clicking on each document you want to select.
