Lubrication and oil level check

10.1

Lubrication points

The following lubrication points must be greased on installation. Move the slider all the way in on the rails to
access the grease nipples through the slider profile holes when lubricating the slider wheels.
IMPORTANT!
Use LE lubricant 4622 for the lubrication points below.
1. The tilt cylinder bearing at platform, right and left sides.
2. The tilt cylinders' bearing against frame, right and left side.
3. The lift cylinders' bearing against frame, right and left side.
4. The 1st booms' bearing against frame, right and left side.
5. The slider's wheels, right and left side.
10.2

Oil level check

Check the oil level in the tank, top up if necessary.
If the hydraulic oil needs to be replenished, only the oil recommended by ZEPRO is permitted to be used.
Hydraulic systems with hydraulic oil tanks without labelling are only permitted to be filled with highly refined
mineral oil (art. no. 21963, 1 litre).
Hydraulic systems with hydraulic oil tanks marked with a specification for the hydraulic oil are only permit-
ted to be filled with the oil specified on the label.
