Installation
4. Fit the support frame to the vehicle frame. Fit with at least four screws on each bracket and according
to the bolt pattern described in table below. When installing on Mercedes-Benz chassis with a pre-drilled
frame, drill out the holes to Ø16.5 mm. Suitable M16 nuts and bolts (Part no: P403TL) can be ordered
separately, please contact ZEPRO for more information.
IMPORTANT!
Welding is not permitted on the chassis brackets.
Do not run the lift against the arm stop or with the platform installed until all bolts are properly tightened
against the frame.
Do not load the lift until all screws have been tightened.
Do not load the lift before the body work is installed.
Chassis with pre-drilled holes:

NOTE! Drill out the bracket
